Meet the Team

Kelli R. Riley

Founder

Kelli Riley has devoted her career to forging best practices in employment law.

Over the years, she’s taken many steps to get there, earning her law degree, cum laude, at the University of St. Thomas School of Law and serving as Membership Editor for the school’s flagship law review.

Additionally, she’s studied at the University of Colorado at Boulder and received her undergraduate degree in both History and Spanish & Portuguese Language and Culture in order to better serve the varying communities.

Since then, Ms. Riley has become a member of the Colorado Plaintiff Employment Lawyers Association, the Colorado Bar Association, Weld County Bar Association, and Weld County Chapter of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association. She’s also served on the committee for the Weld County Chapter of Ducks Unlimited and become the Weld County Chapter Representative of the board of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association.

With this intentionality and desire to stay connected to the community, Ms. Riley continues to make a difference. She’s currently involved in the Wage Theft Task Force, working to eradicate wage theft through advocacy, litigation, outreach, and education.

Furthermore, she’s serving on the board of Women’s Fund Weld County, which empowers women and girls in Northern Colorado.

Outside of practicing social security and employment law in Greeley, Ms. Riley enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, entertaining, doing paper crafts, and running.

Miranda is a supportive listening ear, and helps people feel heard and justified in their difficult situation.
